Paris, May 26. The New York Herald states that there is undeniable evidence from Antwerp that Germany has resolved upon violent measures. During the recent German-Dutch negotiations over the transit of war materials, several divisions of German troops were hastily concentrated at Antwerp. The danger may recur over the steps which Germany seems to be contemplating to force' special economic arrangements on the Dutch.—Press Assoc.
