KIEFF DICTATORSHIP. ACTIVE OPPOSITION BY RADA. GERMANS DEFEATED. Received May 24, 8.10 p.m. Moscow, May 23. Tho Rada at Kieff is mobilising and concentrating all forces at its disposal, who are besieging the residence of tho Dictator, Skoropadsky. The latter is reported seriously wounded. The conflict originated owing to Skoropadsky mobilising tho White Guard and declaring the Rada dissolved. It is reported that violent fighting has occurred in the region of Tchernigoff, between German troops and supporters of the Rada, -who, with the assistance of Polish legionaries, drovfc out the Germans from several places.—-Reuter.
