A QUESTION OF TITLES. Ottawa, May 23. Sir Robert Borden's motion, providing for an address to the throne requesting the King to refrain from granting titles to residents of Canada except upon the advice of the Canadian Premier, was adopted after a sharp debate, in the course of which Sir Robert Borden threatened to resign if amendments were carried.
