FIRES.
BOOT STORE DESTROYED. &y Telegraph.—Press Association. Levin, May 20. A' fire on Sunday morning destroyed F. W. Martin's boot store and Orey and Phillips' offices, a*nd damaged Williamß : refreshment rooms to the extent of two hundred pounds. Martin's and Phillips' arc a total loss. The fdrliler'e Stock was insured for £550, but the latter had no insurance. The building belonged to the Borough Council, and was insured for £2OO. Williams was also covered by Insurance.
