PEDIGREE JERSEY SALE.
At the Stratford Dairy Yards on Thursday next Mr. Newton King will sell, without reserve, 41 head of pedigree Jersey cattle on account of Mr. R. T. B. Mellow, of Ivaponga. The catalogues are now in circulation, and can he obtained from the auctioneer. It will be noticed by glancing through the catalogue that the majority of the cattle trace close descent to K.C.8.. Campanile Sultan, Yankee Sweet, and ■ Molina's General. Mr. Mellow when selecting the heads of his herd, never spared expense, and he now has a very choice line of stud cattle to offer to the public. The line of rising two-year heifers catalogued are a particularly nice line, and well worthy of inspection by breeders and dairymen. They are. in calf to Ambassador of Willowbank. Arrangements have been made wTiereby any cattle that are to he railed will be placed on the trucks free of charge.
