ANZAC DAY CELEBRATED. BY BETXJKKED MEN. REQUEST FOR FLAGS IGNORED. Received May 19, 11.50 pjn- '* London, May 16. Letters from Switzerland state that the Anzacs celebrated Anzac Day at Interlaken, where comrades from Murren joined them at dinner and a concert. Australian and New Zealand flags, made locally, were displayed for the first time ■n Switzerland, representations made to the colonial authorities in London to supply flags for the various camps having been unheeded, and the camps at Chateau Doix and Leysin ar© etfll without flags. The Australians and New Zealanders at the various camps are in excellent health generally. Among those recoverim; from disablements are Sergeant Poole and Private Fisher, New Zealanden.—Fran Assoc-
