A GERMAN PLOT. DRASTIC MEASURES TAKEN. Received May 19, 11.30 p.m. London, May 18. A Dublin proclamation announces that a German plot has been discovered, and summons all loyal people to stamp it out. Drastic measures are being taken forthwith.—Press Assoc.
