(tamtui papers state that the Queen of Roumania has announced that she will refuse to recognise the peace, and prefers abdication to reigning in a Ger-man-ruled country. He treaty of the Central Powers with Roumania provides that a committee of the riparian States shall control the Danube Mow Braila.
