ROUMANIA.
ARMY TO DEMOBILISE. Amsterdam, May 8. The peace treaty with Roumania comprises eight articles. The first deals with the re-establishment of peace and friendship, the second with the re-estab-lishment of diplomatic relations, the third with Roumanian demobilisation, which provides, inter alia, for the continued existence of the Roumanian military bureau, supreme authorities and military institutions, but othewise for -complete demobilisation, except of two divisions in Bessarabia, which will remain till the danger from AuatroGerman operations in the Ukraine oeases.—Beat*
