Litvfnoll' has received a telegram from Moscow stating that rumors of a counter-revolution are absurd, and probably are circulated for political purposes. THE UKRAINIAN LEADER. Received May 7, 7.45 p.m. Amsterdam. May 0. The Vorwaerts says that Skoropadsl-'J, who is the champion of the big Ukrainian landlords, received ouly nine vote 3 in the Constituent Assembly election.— Press Association.
