MORE CATCHING AT STRAWS. Berne, May 3. Advices from Petrograd state that the export of all foodstuffs is prohibited. The Bolsheviks are endeavoring to unite all Socialists with the view of establishing a strong coalition government to demand the revision of the Brest Litovsk treaty.—Press Association. NEW UKRAINE GOVERNMENT. London, May 3. A Berlin message states that the peasant deputies overthrew the old Ukrainian Rada and Government. The new Government immediately announced its adherence to the Brest Litovsk peace terms.—Press Association. Washington, May 3. Advices from Moscow say that the German Ambassador, Count Mirbach, and the Turkish Ambassador, Halliel Kern Ali Bey, have presented their credentials to the local Government.— Press Association.
