STEAMER SUNIv IN COLLISION. New York, May 3. The Norwegian steamer Fjell and the Britisli steamer Liviiigstonia were in collision in a fog off the Virginia coast. The Fjell sunk, but there were no casualties. SUBMARINE CREW'F'TROUBLES. Amsterdam, May 3. The majority of the crews of two submarines at Ostend have become insane. The revised list of passengers and crew on the City of Athens shows that 67 were drowned, including women and children and seven United States marine recruits on their way to Port Royal. The French warship which struck the City of Athens lost ten sailors, but picked up the Athens survivors by the aid of a searchlight and brought them to an Atlantic port in a disabled condi-tion,—Aust.-N.Z. The Alexander mentioned in the cablegram regarding the raid on Zeebrugge is probably Roy Alexander, son of T. A. Alexander, Tamaki'West, who was chief mechanic in the Royal Naval Patrol Division.
