SOUTH AFRICA.
VIGOROUS RECRUITING. Capetown, April 29. A vigorous recruiting campaign is in progress. Women are visiting racecourses, theatres, and other amusements and rounding up slackers. At a meeting in Oudshoorn fifty women walked on the platform and announced that they were willing to fight. Seventy men followed.
