GERMANY PREVAILS. ULTIMATUM CAUSES PANIC. London, April 29. A Daily News Rotterdam message says that Holland has surrendered to the German mailed fist and an agreement was reached on Saturday. It is impossible to indicate details, but it may be accepted that the transport of sand and gravel will soon be resumed and that an economic agreement will shortly he announced giving considerable advantages to Germany.
