WINE LICENSE CASES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, April 20. In Crawford v. Nuttftll and Challis v. Nuttall, cases affecting New' Zealand wine licenses, the Appeal Court held that in respect of the sales 'made to Crystal and M'Ready, appellants had not made out that the magistrate's decision was erroneous in point of law, and the appeal must bo dismisssed. In respect of the sale to Mrs. Cramp, the 'appeals were allowed and the convictions" set aside.
