A GERMAN FLEET. ANCHORED OFF HELSINGFORS. . I Received April 18, 915 p.m. Copenhagen, April 17. Twelve- German warships, including the Posen and Westfalen, are anchored off Helsingfors. Received April 19, 1160 a.m. Stockholm, April 17. German troops winch landed at Lovisa advanced to Lasti, between Tanmierfors and Vtborg, cutting rail communications with Petrognd.
