German and Austrian papers continue to predict an immense and vast drive against the Italians, similar to that on the West front The Vossische Zeitung declares that the spring will put Switzerland's neutrality to the severest test, as the Austrian troops are likely to encircle her, securing their spoils of war/ " It is suggested that these rcaeate predictions are part of the Teuton plan for preparing the already grief-racked people for vast sacrifices in the present offensive.
CESSION OF DOBRUDJA.
BULGARIA MUST PAY THE PRICE
Rome, April 17. Austrain papers are urging that the cession of the Dobrudja to Bulgaria ba contingent on the Bulgarian army being used in France or Italy.
