RETURNED SOLDIERS' PArER. Following the example of many other organisations, the New Zealand Returned Soldiers' Association lias decided to publish an official paper Experience has proved during the past two years that such a link between returned men and ail classes of the public is an urgent necessity.

The main purpose of the paper will be one of helpfulness to returned men and their dependents, but the plan of contents provides a variety of features to interest the general public "Quick March" will be national in scope ft will present the constructive thoughts and plans of many of this Dominion's brightest minds. Thus the paper should have nn important function in the making of new New ZeakTnd. As the paper is wholly owned and solely controlled by the N.Z.R.-S.A. the Publication Committee expects the hearty co-opera,tion of returned men in promoting "Quick March 11 Members who have interesting memories the war, photographs and sketches (suitable for reproduction), documents or papers published by soldiers, are requested to communicate with the honorary editor, Mr. C. WBatten, Box 1010, Wellington. Mr. John Mackay, formerly Government Printer, is honorary manager, Mr. J. I. Fox, manager of the Returned Soldiers' Club, Wellington, is honorary organiser. An effort is being made to have the first number published before Anzac Day .April 25. During the first six months, the issue will be monthly. At the end ot that period it is hoped to have a fortnightly or weekly publication. -
