STIMULATING RECRUITING. Sydney, April 12. A great fllip was given to recruiting at Mr. Carmiehael's rally to-day when 100 men volunteered.
The Lord Mayor has promised to the first member of the armored cars winning a distinction, £IOOO to the member winning the Victoria Clrosn, and £2OO to the member gaining the first D.S.O.
