TURKISH ATTACKS REPULSED.
ENEMY PURSUED, BRITISH LINES ADVANCED. Received April 14, 5.5 p.m. London, April 13. Palestine official: All day there has been fiabting on the coastal sector. On Wednesday the Tureo-Germans penetrated our advanced positions in the direction of Berakin and El-Kefr, but were ejected. \\ e advanced the lines at several points and inflicted substantial losses. A Turkish attack on the east bank of the Jordan, in the vicinity of ElGhoraniveh on Thursday, was broken wifli heavy losses under our artillery The mounted* the retracting enemy within a short distance of Shun-et-Nimrin. i An attack astride the Jericho-Nablus road, westward of the Jordan, wa.s also repulsed.
