UNANIMOUS PRAISE. FOR PRESIDENT'S SPEECH. New York, April 8. The press is unanimous in praise of President Wilson's Baltimore speech. The New York World says:—lt is a reply to the military masters of the Germans in terms they will not fail to comprehend. The President has the support of all elements of American citizenship.''
