IN THE AIR.
*AID ON COLOGNE. A PANIC CAUSED. London, April 7. The Daily Express Geneva correspondent says that a British air raid on Cologne caused 248 deaths of which half were soldiers on a troop train. The raid caused a panic lasting twelve hours.
