SALE OF POLLED ANGUS CATTLE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Niglit. The dispersal sale of the Gladbrooke stud Polled Aberdeen-Angus cattle was concluded to-day, when 60 lots were offered which realised £6383, making a total of £ 14,177 for the two days, or an average for the 100 lots of 84 1-3 guineas. Tho highest, price to-day was 510 guineas for the 18-inonths-old bull Troy, by Prince Burnish of Ballindalloch— Poppy, purchased by Mr. Kinross White, of Napier- This is believed to be a world's record for an animal of this breed "knd an Australasian record for any bovine. H. and V. White, of Leone, New South Wales, paid 465 guineas for the 17-months bull To Go, hy same sire, the dam being .June. Kinross White bought Taffy, an 18-months bull by British Mark. The other three young bulls realised 120, 165 and 180 guineas. The cows sold from 20 to 75 guineas; heifers rising two years from 31 to ISO guineas. Calves 12 to 50 guineas. Three imported hulls sold. Guild Bros., Temuka, bought British Mark for 420 guineas; J. Stevenson, Mount Royal, bought Royal for 100 guineas and N. Cameron, a Tasmanian, secured Prince Burnish of Ballindalloch for 100 guineas. Of the 160 lots sold 29 go to Wellington and Hawkes' Bay, 14 to Australia, and 17 remain in the South Island.
