; " VIOLENT GALES. OVER EOOO PRISONERS TAKEN. Received April 5, 8.35 p.m London, April 4. - Mesopotamia Official:—Since March 31 there have been heavy rain and violent gales. Prisoners taken in the Euphrates to April 2 number 5214 Turlcs, including 208 officers and eighteen Germans.
