THE ARTHUR'S PASS TUNNEL. Christchurch, Last Night. A large deputation representing the Canterbury and West Coast interests, waited on the Minister of Public Works to-day to urge the speedy completion of the Arthur's Pass tunnel. The Minister said the tunnel must be completed, but it was largely a question of expert labor and finance.
