Received March ii, 5.5 p.m. London, March 23, The Press Bureau stales that the Irish Convention has concluded its discussion, and that a statement has been received l'roni the grand committee intimating that decisions have been reached on all material points. It has been agreed that the chairman is to prepare a draft report, the Convention reassembling 011 April £ to consider the report. ARREST OF AX M-P. . Received March 24, 5.5 p.m. London, Maxell 23. Mr. Ginnell (Independent Nationalist member for Westmeath) has been arrested on a charge of inciting people to enter lands at Westmeath.
