Ten years nsjo th» export of cheese from New Zealand amounted to 120 3"22cwt., valued at .■CS/1.000, whereas the nuantitv exported last vear represented' £3,804.000. In lh- Auckland province 3S cheese factories were now operating, as compared with thir'een years ago. The greater part of the increase has been in the last four or five years.
