LONDON MARKETS. London, March 17. Hemp: Good demand for spot and afloat at Government prices. Rubber: Para 2s Sd, plantation 2s Bd, smoked 2s 5 3 / a d. Hides: Australian dry salted, 18d and lOd. Leather: Strong. The larger February' arrival are practically all sold at fixed prices. Basils: None offering pendir.cr the decision regarding the new controlled prices.
