DANISH STEAMER TORPEDOED, CAPTAIN TAKEN PRISONER. CREW ABANDONED AFTER SHIP LOOTED. Aas. and N.JS. Cable Assoc, and Reuter, Received March 17, 5.0 p.m. Copenhagen, March Id.
The Danish steamer Randelaborg haa been torpedoed outside the German danger zone. Tho captain was taken prisoner, and tiio crew ab.-udoned after the Germans had rifled the ship. The Russian warships in Odessa harbcr did not fire a shot when the Germans arrived.

DESTROYERS TO THE, RESCUE
Received March 17, 5.5 p.m. London, March IC.
The steamer Rathmore, with (540 passengers, collided with a naval vessel in the Irish Sea. Thirty-six are missing. Destroyers rescued the remainder. The Rathmore was towcil to Dublin. Twenty of the survivors were injured.
