BURNED TO DEATH. By TelegrajM—Press Association. Timaru, Last NightFrank Vaughan, a single man, aged 45 years, was found dead in a hut at Totara Valley on Thursday evening, Neighbors, who saw the place burning, ran over and saw Vaughan trying to get out of the hut, but before they reached him he fell asphyxiated, and they could not reach him. When the fire had "burned out the eharred remains were found.
