GERMAN PEACE TERMS. SALE OF HER COLONIES. ■ United Service. Received March 15, 8.10 p.m. London, March 14.

The Manchester Guardian states that it is rumored that the German peace terms will include a willingness to sell her colonies, provided She is not excluded from an equal share of their trade. The idea of making a bargain is likely enough, as Germany is hardly likely to risk the loss of another million men without trying to secure a part of the gain by sacrificing, the rest.
