THE FINAL EFFORT,

Richard-. |on, of the N.Z.E.F., cables to-day from London as follows, in connection with the Red Triangle Day effort: "Every officer and inan in tho field, in camp, and in the holspituls in England benefits by and greatly appreciates the good work done by the Y.M.C.A., which is now an indispensable part of the organisation of the army, and which will ho required to continue its efforts after tho war during the demobilisation period. "I strongly urge every citizen to BUpport the two greatest organisations which work for tho welfare of our soldiers, viz., the Red Cross, which does so much to ameliorate the. condition of the sick and wounded, and! the Y.M.CA which promotes the moral welfare and improves the physiological condition of tho men in the war."
