BREACHES OF AWARD. By Telegraj -Press Assoeintio i. Palmorston N., Last Night
At the Magistrate's Court, before Mr. L. (J. Keid, N.M, Bernard Hooker was charged with committing a brer, eh of the Palmerston North Drivers' Award by leaving the employment of H. T. Klyge'r without giving a week's notice. Defendant, who pleaded guilty, was fined -CM. On a, similar obaige, W. J. Hall (who failed to appear) was convicted and lined £3. THE WAIKAREMOANA TRIPPERS, Napier, Last Night. The Waikaremoana party leaves tonight at midnight l>v the Tangaroa for Wairoa, and thence to the lake. To-day was spent in touring Napier and Hastings district.
