THE 110RDETTE OF SAVAGES. A large Hawera, concert, company, known as "The Hordette of Savages/' 'has ijeen touring South Taranaki and raising funds for the Returned Soldiers' Push effort, attracting large and enthusiastic audiences lit every entertainment, it being considered that several of tlie performers would do ere,lit to any operatic company. The "Savages" have adopted a 'most, effective fancy costume, which enhances their excellent musical talent, mid the assistance of an efficient orchestra gives an added pleasure to the entertainment. The company will give a conceH a t Opunakc to-morrow night.. and on Tuesday next will present at the Town 1!>..11,' Stratford, their inimitable • burlesque, "The Bang Boys Are Here." It is not often that a patriotic object lias the benefit of eiich an excellent money-raising agency and the people of Stratford should flil the Town llall to overflowing. The entertainment is in every way worthy of the cause. A performance will be given at. Patea on March 21.
