FITZROY DEFEATS NEW PLYMOUTH In one.jof Hie games for the Gilmour Cup on Saturday afternoon, on tiie Fitzroy green, New Plymouth B suffered defeat by IS points, mainly owing l:> the fine play of Smith, who was in splendid form, again and again depriving his opponent of his scoring wood. Fortunately Ewing got four on the last head, and so managed to score double figures. The green was in splendid order, being keen and true.
