SOLDIERS SENTENCED.
TWO YEARS' IMPRISONMENT. The finding of a district court-martial, hold at Trenthani camp on February 10, having been confirmed by the Commandant of the New Zealand Military Forces, is hereby promulgated: — 72,101 Pvt. J. W. Pottinger, details; found guilty of disobeying a lawful command given by his superior officer. Sentenced to imprisonment with hard labor for two years. 72,400 Pvt. R. J. Ivin, details; found guilty of disobeying a lawful command given by his superior officer. Sentenced to imprisonment with hard labor for two years.
