LimonofT, a young Broken Hill miner, formerly a journalist in Russia, who ma appointed by the Bolshevik Government as Russian Consul-General in the Common wealth, declares that the Bolsheviks' main objects are the establishment of the common ownership of land, the just and equal distribution of commodities, and tiie abolition of all exploitation. He believes the Bolsheviks will remain lons in power. They are strong enough to carry out their purpose, unless something happens from outside. He declares the Royalist regime w dead with no possibility of revival unless forced by outside intervention. STRIKERS EXCLUDED AT LITHGOW. Melbourne, March 7. It is announced that no unmarried strikers at the Lithgow Small Arms Factory who arc eligible for the army will he re-employed.
