■ mm PIECES OF WRECKAGE AND CARGO. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gisborne, Last Night. Pieces' of wreckage are 'still coining ashore. A mast was found on the Kaiti beach to-day, and un oil case was picked up to-day, branded "C" inside a diamond, with the word "Wellington." WREOKAOE INDICATES FIRE. Gisborne, March (I. W. K. Goffe, Native land purchase officer, who has inspected the wreckage at Te Araroa and that found nearer Gisborne says that ho is convinced they are ,from the same vessel, evidently a threemasted ship. Melted copper and brass fittings found at Te Araroa support the fire theory. The condition of the articles indicates that they have not been in the water long. Napier, Last Night. The oil case picket' up on Die Kaiti (Gisborne) beach, branded "C," kill's the brand of a consignment of oil from San Francisco for Cnuiby and Co. The wreckage coming ashore at Gisborne may be from the oil vessel, which is now overdue.
