A MYSTERIOUS TRAGEDY. Australian Cable Association. Sydney, March 5. A mysterious affair is reported from Lismore. Robert M'Lean, a well-known farmer'and his three children went to letch tho cows, and shortly afterwards all were found drowned in the well. There was nothing to disclose 'whether the drowning was accidental or oth«« wjiee. A TERRIFIC CYCLONE. Brisbane, ■ March 5. A terrific cyclone struck Double Island Point. Fears are entertained for the safety of the small steamer Adonis, with a crew of ten. PIGEONS FOR WAR PURPOSES. 1 Melbourne, March 5. The British Government has accepted through the Defence Department, an Australian pigeon breeder's offer of 2000 young homers for war purposes.
