At the inquest on William Nash, a soldier killed on Friday at the railway station, the verdict was that death wa»C accidental and no blame was attachable to anyone. The action of railway cadet Smith in attempting to assist deceased while in difficulties was worthy of tka highest praise. FAJtMER BUpfED TO DEATH. Hokitlka, March 5. Thomas Meharry junior, single, aged 43, a farmer at' Upper Kokatahi, was burnt to death early this morning, hit hut being destroyed.
