ELTHAM.

(From Our Own Correspondent.) Eltham, Feb. 23. The Druids' meeting 011 Wednesday evening attracted a good attendance of members and visitors. The principal item of interest to the brethren was the presentation of a G.D.P. collar to Bro. K. Parrott, of the local lodge, who also occupies the position of district president for Tnranaki. The presentation was made by G.D.P, Piro. King, of Wellington, who, in. the course of a neat little speech, congratulated the recipient on his position, and the local lodge and the llruid.s' Order in Taranaki 011 the continued good progress made by the order. He touched on a few matters of vital interest to members. A second presentation was that of a P.A. collar to Bro. A. H. Lee, who is leaving for camp shortly. Bro. Parrott, in acknowledging the gift and good wishes, said he was naturally pleased with the gift, which would always be a reminder of his connection with the Druids' Lodge. Bro. A. Lee also acknowledged the gift from the brethren, and thanked them for the good wishes expressed on behalf of his welfare as a soldier. The evening passed very pleasantly, songs and recitations making the hours pass all too quickly.
