CHRTSTCITURCIT SITTINGS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christrhurch. Feb. 20. Tn the Supreme Court, Robert Dickson Warden, for breaking and entering, was sentenced to two years' imprisonment and declared an hahjtual criminal. Finger-prints formed the - chief evidence leading lo his conviction. Stanley Leigh was charged with assault and robbery, hut the case broke down. The complainant, Annie Soman, gave evidence, hut the judge considered her an unreliable witness and directed the jury to return a verdict of not guilty.
