Received Feb. 20, 12.0 a.m. London, Feb. 18. The Daily Chronicle's Petrograd correspondent states that a Socialist delegation visited the south, with a view to obtaining food. They found a vast quantity of corn selling at from sixpence to sevenpence per pound, but the Ukrainians refused to supply, saying if,they sent it at all it must be addressed to the Constituent Assembly, and not to Leninists. The delegation refused to accept the condition > A pro-Austrian feeling has arisen in Southern Austria, owing to the Bolsheviks' attack upon the Bourgeoisie.
