GOVERNMENT URGED TO ACTION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, Last Night. A largely attended meeting in the Municipal Theatre to-night, called to discuss the alien question, passed a resolution palling on the Government to remove all'those of German or Austrian blood, and to remove officials of the same nationality from Government positions; calling upon the Government to intern all pure-blood Germans and Austrians, without any exception whatever, during the period of the war, and to utilise the services of such enemy aliens in a manner which will return value to the State; supporting the future definition of a natural-born British subject as a person whose father waß at the time of such person's birth a British subject.
