There is a growing demand everywhere that the Government should insist on heavy indemnities from the Allies,, especially from Britain. The Germans are content with the 'Ukraine's payment in foodstuffs and materials, hut the Allies must pay cash, so as to relieve immediately the critical -financial position. PRESSURE ON ROUMANIA GERMAN MISSION TO UKRAINE. _, Amsterdam, Feb. 13. The Berliner Tageblatt says that the Central Powers have repeated their ultimatum to Roumania, requesting a reply. This evening a German mission has gone to Kieff to arrange for an expert scheme. AUSTRIAN POLES. OPPOSED TO THIS GOVERNMENT.
