FINLAND.
POSITION IN FINLAND. WHITE GUARDS POSSESS THREEFOURTHS. Received Feb. 12, 5.5 pm. Copenhagen. Feb. 11, The White Guards at headquarters report they are in possession of threefourths of Finland, though the Red Guards are very strong and have a large army near Vilpala. Severe fighting is expected. WAGES FOR STRIKERS. Received Feb. 12, 11.30 p.m. Stockholm, Feb. 11. The Bolsheviks have decreed that the workers must be paid wages during the strike.
