'CHIUSTCHURCH SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. t.'hristehurch, Feb. 11. The Supreme Court criminal sessions opened before Air. Justice Chapman today, Seven eases were on the list. The Grand Jury returned true bills against William loggers M" Million, otherwise Frederick William Eggers, for the murder of John Coulthard near Greymouth in Xovemlier, also with the attempted murder of William Hall and Isaac James, and with the theft of £305!) llis Sd. In his charge to the Grand Jury, his Honor said the most striking feature in the search for the man who had stolen the money was the finding of practically the whole sum in a trunk belonging to accused in a house in Christelmreh. He also outlined other evidence regarding the bullets extracted fi'oin the bodies of Coulthard and the injured men, which fitted, a revolver found in Jiggers possession. Accused is defended by Mr. W. J Hunter. There are over forty witnesses, and the case is expected to last Several days. "
