A GENERAL STRIKE. SIGNALISED BY THE WILDEST DISORDERS. Received Feb. 10,11.35 p.m. Reuter Service. Buenos Aires, Feb. ](l. A general railway strike lus broken out, being signalled by the wildest disorders throughout the Argentine. The strikers dynamited the tracks and burned trains, The suddenness of the attack found the troops unprepared. The destruction of the tracks delayed the soldiers. Drastic Government action is expected.
