SAVING FUEL. PROHIBITION OF LIGJOOR IMPORTATION. • Received Feb, 6, 11.45 p.m. Ottawa, Feb. 5. With the object of saving fuel the Government has ordered manufacturers, including the munition factories, but excepting those producing food, to close for three days next week, and has ordered theatres to close on every Monday until the 25th of Maroh. It is announed that the Government has no intention, despite pressure, of rescinding the order prohibiting importation of liquors.
