THE STRIKE: HUSSARS STONED. London, Feb. 5. The Amsterdam correspondent of the Daily Chronicle says that the strike resulted in 3000 men, mostly in the building trades, leaving work. The factories are entirely closed. .A conflict occurred at a strike meeting, the police charging. The strikers stoned a regiment of Hussars, which had been brought to Amsterdam in readiness for an emergency. There is a similar small proportion of strikers at Tho Hague and Rotterdam. Tho strikers are deciding on Tuesday how long to remain out.
